National Fellowships and Scholar Programs

Applicant Toolbox

Here you can find helpful resources as you research and apply for national fellowships.

National Fellowships Portal

The National Fellowships Portal is your one-stop shop for important forms. Current USC students and alumni can access the portal.

  • Candidate Profile: Your profile helps us get to know you so we can help you find and apply for opportunities that meet your backgrounds, goals and interests.
  • Intent to Apply: Let us know if you are planning to apply for a national fellowship in the coming year so we can help you stay on track and complete the strongest application possible.
  • Press Release Forms: These forms allow us to release information related to your competition status. If applicable, you will find these forms in the portal.

Transcripts

Ordering transcripts is done through the Registrar's Office and cost $12 per copy. We recommend having the transcript sent to yourself, and then we are happy to help you format it so that it can be uploaded to a fellowship application.

If you're providing a non-USC official transcript to us, be sure to order it from the institution, including study abroad, before the deadline and have it sent to our office electronically or in a sealed envelope. Official transcripts should be ordered from other institutions in advance of the institutional deadline and sent directly to or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope to:

For questions about transcripts required for a competition, contact us early in the process.
