Program Objectives:
- Develop the capacity to understand one’s own culture, identities, intersectionality’s, perspectives, competencies and the role diversity, equity and inclusion play in their lives and in society.
- Develop and apply an intentional inclusive excellence growth mindset that promotes inclusive practices in participants everyday lives where differences are considered a collective strength.
- Create an intentional transformational inclusive excellence living document action plan.
